PhotoClub Exhibition 2022
If you’d like to see a real slice of North East life, our PhotoClub Exhibition is an inspiring visual treat!
From mirrored worlds to micro worlds; Grainger Market past and present; the rapid pace of city life contrasted with the quieter market towns of Hexham and Corbridge; Lockdown Diaries from a variety of viewpoints.
PhotoClub is an inclusive group of children, young people and their families based at the City Library in Newcastle. They have created these pieces using iPads, exploring a number of techniques and developing a range of skills.
They have completed several different creative projects, experimented with apps and been inspired by beautiful places across the region.
During lockdown they stayed involved and created Lockdown Diaries to show how their lives had changed.
We hope you enjoy the results as much as they all enjoyed creating them. It’s on display until Wed 16th February 2022 at City Library, John Dobson Street, Newcastle
