Digital Voice works with participants often excluded from digital media and skills development, helping individuals and communities to gain a wide range of benefits. We partner with organisations and clients to harness the power of digital to make life better, through sharing stories, growing skills, improving self-esteem and communicating key messages creatively.
inTouch is our suite of digital skills courses to teach people the basics of using technology. Digital Voice has been working in partnership with Gateshead Council for several years to run our InTouch suite of digital skills courses. We have been working with their older tenants and those with additional needs to help them get online safely; shop securely; keep in touch with family and friends via video call and email as well as using search engines to research and book activities and appointments.
Gateshead Council have been investing in basic digital skills for their digitally excluded tenants through this partnership for several years now and really value the difference we make to the lives of their residents.
